How much fresh liver can you use if you dont have freeze dried? Is it same measurements freeze dried vs fresh for your other recipes as well?
Hi Tara, If you have our cookbook, there's a conversion chart on p27 that lists dried-to-fresh measurements! For beef liver, it's 100g fresh = ~30g freeze dried. :)
