Easy Beef Stew with All Pups Seasoning
1 lb ground beef (90% lean)
½ cup quinoa (raw)
2 tbsp (5 g) freeze dried beef liver
1 tbsp sunflower seeds
⅔ cup broccoli (chopped)
3 large eggs
½ tbsp All Pups Seasoning
1-2 cups water, as needed
Add all ingredients (starting with 1 cup of water) to a large pot. Stir thoroughly. Bring it to a simmer on medium heat.
Turn heat down slightly, close the lid and cook for 15 minutes or until quinoa is fully puffed up. Stir occasionally to prevent burning. Add more water if needed.
Cool before serving.
Portion and refrigerate extras for up to 4 days, or freeze for longer.
