Dog friendly twist on this famous Korean dish

Tteokkbokki is a famous Korean dish with chewy rice cakes and fish cakes in a spicy, sweet red sauce.

For this dog friendly version, we use beetroot and pumpkin to achieve a lovely soup base, and sub lots of meat for fish cakes! We also add in extra goodies like egg and enoki mushrooms.
