I hope your pups enjoy this sweet potato pie as much as Cedric & Edith did! I used our cookie mix for the crust to make it extra delicious and colorful, but you can use plain oat flour too.
The drink was bone broth with whipped egg whites and crumbled treats on top!

Makes enough for one 5.5 inch pie dish
Ingredients
1 medium sweet potato
1 pack Precious Creatures Co Cookie Mix OR, 100g oat flour (about 2/3 cup)
5-6 tablespoons (about 75ml) warm water
1 tsp coconut oil
1 egg
dash of cinnamon
dash of ginger
Directions
Peel and chop sweet potato into small cubes. Steam, boil or bake the sweet potato until extremely tender. Mash with a fork and set aside to cool.
Preheat oven to 325F.
Add coconut oil and warm water to the cookie mix or oat flour one tablespoon at a time until a workable dough forms. You may need more or less water.
Roll dough out into a thin circle, large enough to fill your pie dish. Gently transfer to pie dish and press to the bottom and sides. Trim extra dough around the edges.
To the sweet potato mash, add in egg, cinnamon and ginger. Mix well. Spoon into the crust.
Bake for about 50 min-1 hr, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling looks set (dry to the touch on top).
Allow to cool for at least 30 minutes before slicing and serving. Store in the fridge for 3 days max.
