This cheesecake turned out pretty well, and though the recipe is still a work in progress, I thought I’d share it with you first!
In the video I use a 7-inch pan, and I actually had to double the filling behind the scenes to get it to fill up.
So, the ideal pan for this recipe is probably a 5- or 6-inch springform (or two 4-inch).
