A slow cooked, Italian classic
This dish is inspired by the Italian dish Ossobuco, traditionally made with veal shanks. Cedric especially LOVES these slow-cooked, beefy stews (oxtail is another favorite of his). This dish is a show stopper and will definitely impress your dog and human guests.
