This sauce looks so cheesy you might not believe there’s actually no cheese in it. It’s made with just 1 ingredient—eggs! Eggs whisked over low heat will slowly thicken into a glossy sauce, and if you keep whisking for longer, into a curd (which makes a great pie filling).
