No grains or starches. The only carbs in this recipe come from the veggies. Beef is super nutritious so there’s no need to add oysters. I didn’t have time to make this recipe this week, but I wanted to get it out. So apologies that there are no pics. If you all are ok with this I can post even more recipes this way.
