Ingredients

Chowtos

  • 3 egg whites

  • 1 tsp tapioca flour

  • Olive oil

Powder mix

  • 1/2 teaspoon (1 g) beet powder

  • 1 tablespoon (8g) cheese powder

  • 1/8 tsp (0.5 g) turmeric powder

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) Line a baking tray with baking paper.
