Chicken Rice - Pup & Me Meals

Inspired by my favorite Hainan Chicken Rice

I probably say this a lot, but this is one of my all time favorite meals. The best part is it’s so simple to cook in the rice cooker. The even better part is that it’s easy to make a dog friendly version at the same time!

The rice and chicken is the foundation of this dish, and what you and the dogs will share. You will leave out seasoning in the rice cooker as the salty sauce and tangy pickles will bring your version of the dish to life.
